How do I stop text messages or calls?
Reply STOP to any text, or say "stop calling" on a call. You can also turn each one off in the app under Settings, Reminders. More about texts and calls.
How do I delete my account?
Email us from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We delete your personal information within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy.
Can I see what the coach characters remember about me?
Yes. In the app you can see, edit and delete everything they have noted from your conversations.
